That's fabulous! I experienced something similar back in June, where what I "knew" was dead wrong. I also was pointed to a useful tool that I found useful for helping me see what was going on more clearly. Your mileage may vary, of course. :)

Best wishes.

walk to lose weight...

Information on this subject is not always as straight forward as it first appears. I know I used to just use a common sense approach, but now I do direct research before coming up with my next move. Keep the information coming....

Hi,
As a help to you follow this advice in general:

Don't eat else if you feel hungary and during your eat don't get full. Walk at least 30 Min every day. Apply some kind of fasting, I suggest Islamic method of fasting.

I'm still wearing my original clothes, but I'm not done yet. They're kind of a pain since I've lost 10" off my waist.

The list of what you like is great. I also use a list of what I'm grateful for to help kick me back on track. I've gotten good traction from my friend Dr. Paul. His podcast and personal butt kicking has been great.

Anyhow, what do you love doing, that you associate most with moments of contentment? Some special extra time doing that would be my vote.

Best wishes.

It is therefore very important to create a balance between exercise, rest and diet to stay healthy and fit. Exercising too much and eating too little will not do any good so we should forget about reducing our food and fluid intake to reduce our body size and weight fast. We will get sick if we do that.

I have been working out since the age of 12 ( weights ) im 50 feel great joints are good, everything is working ok the gym is the place to keep it all together. some of my tricks out of the gym no drink or smoke strict diet (of course) water, water, water. rest, if possible naps no longer than 40min now for the fountain of youth my hunza cake
High in protein, vitamins, and minerals.
4 cups water
6 cups organic millet flour, soy, spelt, or whole wheat.
1/3 cup organic flaxseed meal flour
1 cup canola oil organic
8 oz. honey
1tsp seasalt
1tsp cinnamon
1tsp ground nutmeg
2 tsp baking powder (non-aluminum)
You may also add apricots, raisins, chopped walnuts, or almonds.
Baking: Mix ingredients. Grease and lightly flour cooking pan. Pour batter into pan 1/2 inch thick over base. Bake at 300 degrees for one hour. After, let in oven until it cools.
Cut into 2in.x2in. squares.
This cake is rich in phosphorous potassium, iron, calcium, manganese, and other minerals.
There are different ways to eat weightloss cake:
Plan A.
Eat 1 piece every 5 hours of the 16 hours you’re awake. That is 3 pieces which total 300 calories. This is the fastest way to lose weight that I know of. It works faster than any high protein diet. Why? You have more energy and burn more calories. Second, the high fiber cake keeps your diegestive system regular. Third, your body stays healthy. A healthy body means a properly functioning metabolic system.
Plan B.
Really gorge yourself with the cake. Two pieces every four hours for a total of eight pieces which would be only 800 calories. You’ll feel full all day. In fact, I doubt many people could eat this much of the cake.
Plan C.
Eat a piece in the morning for breakfast and a piece 3 hours before your dinner and you will eat a great deal less.
Plan D.
Eat a piece of weightloss cake, 10 minutes before you eat your regular meal. When we do this we eat only a fraction, such as 1/4 of what we would normally eat. www.ebooks4website.com
